Returns & Refunds Policy

At WeightTracker.shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a fair and simple return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

To begin a return, contact us at support@weighttracker.shop with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal fitness devices (e.g., smart scales, fitness trackers)

  • Downloadable or digital items (e.g., eBooks, digital guides)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

3. Return Process

  1. Email support@weighttracker.shop with your order details.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Ship the product securely in its original packaging.

  4. After inspection, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you used a discount code, only the amount paid will be refunded.

If your refund is delayed, first check with your bank or card provider — some institutions take additional time to process credits.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please email support@weighttracker.shop within 7 days of receiving your product.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping.
Once the item has shipped, it will fall under the standard return policy above.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

We’ll either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
